For appointment to the posts of Civil Judge (Junior Division)

1) Junior Civil Judge

INFORMATION/INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CANDIDATES  

(i)   Unsigned / Incomplete / incorrect   applications   and        applications without enclosing requisite certificates will be        summarily rejected.

(ii)  All the columns  of the application must be filled by the        applicant in his/her own hand writing.

(iii)  Identical copies of latest passport size photographs of the        applicants are to be affixed – (1) on the application form,        (2)two photographs on the Hall Ticket-cum-Identity Sheet        for the Screening Test and (3) two photographs on the         Hall Ticket-cum-Identity sheet for the written examination        in the space provided therein.

(iv) Applications received after the prescribed date will not be        considered even if the applications are posted before the        last date.  The High Court is not responsible for any postal        and transit delay. 

(v)   Applicants must reach the Examination Hall, half an hour         in advance.

  

(vi) After half an hour of the commencement of the         examination, no candidate will be permitted to enter into         the Examination Hall.

(vii)  Cellphones, Bare Acts, Text Books or any other material         will not be allowed into the Examination Hall for         Screening Test and Written examination.
