Eligibility:

Degree in Mechanical/Production/Automobile or equivalent.

How To Apply:

Application are to be submitted in plain paper alongwith Bio-data, copies of mark sheets & certificates, two passport size color photographs & a DD of Rs. 1000/- drawn in favour of “Central Tool Room & Training Centre” payable at Bhubaneswar for the purpose of registration. This amount will be adjusted against the course fee. Dormitory accommodation is available on payment of Rs. 800/- per month.

Reservation as per Govt. of India Rules. 22.5% seats are reserved for SC/ST candidates for whom no fee will be charged subject to production of two photo copies of Caste Certificate duly attested by Gazetted Officer. A caution deposit of Rs. 1000/- is to be paid along with application in shape of Demand Draft which will be refunded after successful completion of Training with minimum 85% attendance. Caste Certificate in original from competent authority is to be produced for verification at the time of admission which may be re-verified from the Issuing Authority.

In the era of rapid industrialization particularly in the engineering field, requirements of specialized tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, moulds, gauges and other precision components are indispensable. Simultaneously demand for high quality toolmakers are also growing rapidly. Central Tool Room & Training Centre (CTTC), Bhubaneswar is one of such training, production, design and consultancy centre established in technical cooperation programme between Govt. of India & Govt. of Denmark to meet the above requirements. The excellent infrastructural facilities like land, building etc. have been contributed by Govt. of Orissa. Training activities started in 1991 and Tool production in 1995.
