Scale of Pay : Rs. 15600 to 39100 Plus Grade Pay Rs. 5400/- P.M.

Age Eligibility : Candidates age must not exceed 28 years as on 06.03.2011

2) Finance Officer

Total Number of posts: 01

Scale of Pay : Rs. 15600 to 39100/- Plus Grade Pay Rs. 5400/- P.M.

Age Eligibility : Candidates age must not exceed 28 years as on 6th March, 2011

3) Security Officer

Total Number of posts: 01

Scale of Pay : Rs. 15600 to 39100/- Plus Grade Pay Rs. 5400/- P.M.

Age Eligibility : Candidates age must not exceed 28 years as on 6th March, 2011

Society for Integrated Circuit Technology and Applied Research (SITAR) is a Government of India Organization registered under Societies Registration Act, 1860 with its registered office at New Dehli.

   It has two units SITAR, Bangalore established in 2003, engaged in Digital CMOS ASIC devices, design and fabrication. SITAR, prior to 2003 as a part of ITI Ltd., played a lead role is ASIC devices development for telecommunication. SITAR with its experience can offer ASIC solutions for diversified requirements. 

   The other unit-Gallium Arsenide Enabling Technology Centre(GAETEC),Hydrabad is established in 1996 and merged with SITAR in April 2004
