1) Lady Medical Officer (Obs. & Gynaecology) in the scale of ` 10750-300- 16750/- (Pre-revised).Gross emolument per month in the scale of: ` 31000/- (Approx.)
JOB REQUIREMENT:- The incumbent shall be responsible for overall functioning of Obs. & Gynaecology department and administering the total health care facility, attending patients both indoor and outdoor of BVFC Hospital during routine and emergency hours.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE: - MBBS with post graduate degree or diploma in Obs.& Gynaecology with minimum 05 years post qualification experience after MBBS of which 02 years experience for PG degree and 03 years for PG diploma holders in specialty is essential.
Age limit (Max.) as on 01.02.2011: 40 Years
2) Asstt. Medical Officer (General Physician) in the scale of ` 8600-250-14600/- (Pre-revised).Gross emolument per month in the scale of: `25000/- (Approx.).
JOB REQUIREMENT: - To administer after the total health care facility, attending patients both indoor and outdoor at BVFC hospital during routine and emergency hours.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE: - MBBS with post graduate degree or MBBS with minimum 02 years post qualification experience in hospital / Nursing home of repute.
Age limit (Max.) as on 01.02.2011: 35 Years
3) Medical Officer (General Physician) in the scale of ` 10750-300-16750/-

The Namrup Fertilizer Complex, renamed as Brahmputra Valley Fertilizer Corporation Limited after bifurcation from erstwhile Hindustan Fertilizer Corporation Limited w.e.f. 1st April 2002 located on the bank of the river Dilli in the south-western border of Dibrugarh District in Assam is the first factory of its kind in India to use associated natural gas as basic raw material for producing nitrogenous fertilizer .
Till the beginning of sixties, Namrup a sleepy village ,was little known to the rest of the country. Discovery of oil and natural gas in Naharkatiya region promoted a serious thinking on proper utilization of gas which had to be otherwise to be flared up.
