NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AND RESEARCH (NICMAR), established over twenty-seven years ago by the Indian construction industry, is India’s premier Post Graduate Institute in Construction Management, Project Management, Real Estate Management, Infrastructure Management and related fields. Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India, has recognised the institute as a Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (SIRO). FULL TIME ON-CAMPUS PROGRAMMES: Commencing July 2011
1. Two Year Post Graduate Programme in Advanced Construction Management
(PGP ACM): Full-time 25th Batch: For Hyderabad and Goa Campus only
Eligibility Criteria: - Bachelor's degree in engineering in any discipline or architecture with 50% aggregate marks.
2. Two Year Post Graduate Programme in Project Engineering and Management
(PGP PEM): Full-time 7th Batch: Offered from Pune Campus
Eligibility Criteria: - Bachelor's degree in engineering in any discipline with 50% aggregate marks.
3. Two Year Post Graduate Programme in Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure Management (PGP REUIM): Full-time 3rd Batch: Offered from Pune Campus
Eligibility Criteria: - Bachelor's degree in engineering in any discipline or architecture with 50% aggregate marks.
4. Two Year Post Graduate Programme in Infrastructure Finance, Development & Management (PGP IFDM): Full-time 1st Batch: Offered from Pune Campus
This new multidisciplinary programme aims at in-depth training of engineering professionals for leadership positions in rapidly growing infrastructure sector, infrastructure financing & investment organisations. The programme focuses on integrated approach to manage infrastructure projects, i.e. structuring, financing, development, execution and management.
Eligibility Criteria: - Bachelor’s degree in engineering in any discipline or architecture with 50% aggregate marks.
5. One Year Post Graduate Programme in Quantity Surveying (PGP QS): Full-time 8th Batch: Offered from Hyderabad Campus.
Eligibility Criteria: - Bachelor's degree in engineering in any discipline with 50% aggregate marks.
6. One Year Post Graduate Programme in Health, Safety and Environment Management (PGP HSEM): Full-time 9th Batch: Offered from Hyderabad Campus
Eligibility Criteria: - Bachelor's degree in engineering in any discipline with 50% aggregate marks.
HOW TO APPLY:
Prospectus & Application Form for all the courses can be obtained from any office of NICMAR on payment of Rs 1300/- by Demand Draft in favour of "NICMAR, Pune” or download the application form from website and send it along with application fee. An additional amount of Rs. 700 should be paid if you opt for more than one programme.
