Graduate in any discipline with 60% marks in commerce and arts streams and 65% in Science and Technology. Final year students are also eligible to apply

For Prospectus and application form send DD of Rs. 950/- drawn in favour of Director, SSTM payable at Ernakulam.

Admission Procedure: Admissions are based on the performance in a three-tier selection process.

1) Based on scores from All India Entrance Test (MAT) Conducted by The All India Management Association (AlMA) and Graduation marks candidates are shortlisted for GD. The XAT, CAT and ATMA scores are also considered for selection.

2) Group Discussion - Those who qualify in the test are called for a group discussion. This is aimed at assessing overall behavior pattern, aptitude, and leadership qualities etc of the candidates.

3) Personal Interview - Group discussion is followed by a personal interview with a panel of experts to assess the communication skills, personality traits and overall suitability for a managerial career.
