VACANCY FOR SENIOR RESIDENTS
(DENTAL SPECIALITIES)
Applications are invited to fill up the vacant (tenure) posts of Senior Residents in the pay band of Rs.15600 - 39100 + GP-6600/- and allowances as admissible under residency scheme in the specialties/department of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.
Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery
Interested candidates may apply on the prescribed form available on the website www.maids.ac.in, www.madch.ac.in. Duly filled in applications alongwith supporting documents should be submitted at Room No. 116, 1st floor, Maulana Azad Institute of Dental Sciences, B.S.Zafar Marg, New Delhi-110002, personally on or before 07-03-2011 (Monday) upto 12.00 Noon.
Eligibility : Passed MDS in Oral & Maxillofacial surgery, from a recognized University.
Fee Payble : Rs.1000/- for General/OBC candidates and Rs. 500/- for SC/ST/PH. The fee should be paid in the form of Demand Draft in favour of Director Principal, Maulana Azad Institute of Dental Sciences, New Delhi, Payable at Delhi.
Mode of Selection : The selection will be made through written test followed by interview of shortlisted candidates. The written test (MCQs) would consist of two parts. Part-I (General Dentistry) [35 questions] and Part-II (Speciality), [65 questions]. Duration of examination: Part-I, 35 Minutes & Part-II, 65 Minutes, with a break of 10 Minutes. There will be negative marking for every incorrect answer. Only qualified candidates will be called for interview (Qualifying Marks for Gen-50%, OBC-45%, SC/ST-40%)
Written exam will be held on 09-03-2011 (Wednesday) at 11:00AM, and interview of Shortlisted candidates will be held on 10-03-2011 (Thrusday) 11:00AM onwards. Applicants are directed to collect their Admission Ticket for written exam from Room No. 116, 1st floor, Maulana Azad Institute of Dental Sciences, B.S.Zafar Marg, New Delhi-110002 on 09-03-2011 (Wednesday) between 9am to 10 am personally.
Maximum Age Limit: 35 years. Relaxation for OBC/SC/ST candidates as per rule.
