Qualification : First Class B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering. MBA / PG Diploma in Materials Management is preferred.

Age limit : Maximum 35 years as on 01/03/2011

Location : Cement Plant at Kagithapuram, Karur District.

Experience : Candidates should have minimum 2 years of post qualification experience as on 01/03/2011 in a manufacturing organization, preferably in a process industry and should have in depth knowledge in the areas of Inventory & Planning and overall knowledge of Stores functions. Experience in computerized environment and ERP is desirable.

About TNPL

Tamil Nadu Newsprint and Papers Limited (TNPL) was established by the Government of Tami Nadu during early eighties to produce Newsprint and Printing & Writing Paper using bagasse, a sugarcane residue, as primary raw material. The Company commenced production in the year 1984 with an initial capacity of 90,000 tonnes per annum. Over the years, the production capacity has been increased to 2,45,000 tonnes per annum and the Company has emerged as the largest bagasse based Paper Mill in the world consuming about one million tones of bagasse every year. The Company is in the process of implementing the Mill Expansion Plan for increasing the capacity to 4,00,000 tonnes per annum from July 2010.
