Selection Procedure: Corporation Bank will conduct written examination for eligible candidates. Candidates who passed the examination will be called for personal interview. The written examination shall be objective in nature consisting of 4 papers for a composite duration of 1 hour and 35 minutes, as follows:
1) Test of Reasoning Ability and Numerical aptitude
Total Number of Questions : 100
Maximum Marks: 160
2) Test of Clerical aptitude
Total Number of Questions : 40
Maximum Marks: 40
3) Test of English Language
Total Number of Questions : 40
Maximum Marks: 40
4) Test of General Knowledge
Total Number of Questions : 20
Maximum Marks: 20
About Corporation Bank
Corporation Bank is one of the nationalized Bank in India. The bank is formed in the 1906 in the Udupi, Karnataka, India. The headquarters of the Bank is located at the Mangalore, India. This bank comes under the public sector undertaking. The bank is listed in the share market BSE and NSE i.e. Bombay Stoke Exchange and National Stoke Exchange. The net income of the bank is around Rs. 100.26 cores as of December 2006. Corporation bank also wins several awards and has the good ratings. All the branches of the Corporation bank has equipped with the C.B.S. facility, which helps bank to provide good and quick customer service. In admission of this bank also provides the facilities like Internet banking, Mobile Banking, D-mat Service, Educational loans NRI service etc. Currently bank has around 3500 branches in all over India with nearly 13000 plus satisfied customers.
All the process of the banks is very easy and user friendly thus any one can use those facilities varies easily. Corporation Bank has the very good network of the ATM in all over India. Around 900 ATM’s are serving the facility to its customers. In last four year bank managed to increase its business very goodly. When bank was started, its initial capital was Rs. 5000. Report says that bank doubles its business in last four years. The total deposits in the bank are nearly Rs. 862.83 core in the end of March 2010.
