Invites applications for the following posts

1) Finance and Accounts Officer – (regular scale of pay) 01 Post/  b) Chief Accounts & Finance (on contract) – 01 post

The eligibility criteria for post (a) & (b) are as follows:

a) Finance and Accounts Officer – (regular scale of pay)

Qualification: Chartered Accountant or M.Com with S.A.S. or equivalent.

Experience : Minimum 15 years experience as Accounts Executive in Grade – A post in industry/Govt/Public Sector undertaking, having knowledge of Government, Financial Accounting, Taxation, Audit rules and procedures.

Age limit : Preferably not below 45 years.

Emoluments: PB-3, Rs.15,600 – 39100 with Grade Pay of Rs.7,600/- with Allowances as are admissible to Central Government employees located in Kolkata. Total emoluments at the minimum of the scale would be Rs.56,265/- (approx.) including HRA and will also get retirement benefits as per Institute’s rule.

OR

b) Chief – Accounts & Finance (on contract)

Qualification: Chartered Accountant

Experience: Minimum 15 years experience as Accounts Executive in Grade – A post in industry/Govt./Public Sector Undertaking, having knowledge of Government, Financial Accounting, Taxation, Audit rules and procedures.

Age limit: not below 35 years. 

Emoluments: Rs.60,000-70,000/- p.m. and unfurnished accommodation, if available, plus applicable benefits as per Institute’s rules.

Tenure: 5 years on contract

Candidates may be considered for either of the two positions depending on their qualifications and experience, etc. Anyone who had applied earlier for the same position against similar advertisement need not apply. 

2) Senior Administrative Officer – 03 posts (unreserved)

Applications are invited from eligible Indian Nationals for filling up the post of Senior Administrative Officer in permanent position.  

Pay Scale: Pay Band (PB-3) Rs.15600-39100 with Grade Pay of Rs.6600, and D.A., H.R.A., Transport   Allowance etc. as per Central Govt. employees stationed at Kolkata under the rules in force from time, to time will be admissible. Gross Pay Rs.49,000/- (approx.) p.m.

Eligibility : 

Age Limit: Upper age limit 50 years

Qualification & Experience: 

Post Graduate/Engineering Degree with 20 years experience in administrative work, out of which 5 years experience in Administrative Officer position (Rs.15,600-39,100 with Grade Pay of Rs.5,400- PB-3) or equivalent in the appropriate administrative level will be required.  Proficiency in use of computer in office administration.
