Project Assistant to work on project at ACTREC.
Title of the project:
Translational Research Project “Assessing circulating and disseminated tumour cells in patients with solid tumors”
Duration of the Project : 2 Years
CONSOLIDATED SALARY : Rs. 10,000/- p.m.
Qualifications required
B. Sc. with minimum 55% marks in Life Sciences/ Biochemistry and DMLT and/ or 1-2 years research experience from reputed Biomedical Lab/ Research Institute/ University Department
Candidates with proven expertise in basic molecular biology techniques and familiarity with tissue culture will be given preference.
Candidates fulfilling above requirements may walk in for an interview on Tuesday, the 22nd February 2011 at 10.00 a.m. in the Meeting ROOM, 3RD FLOOR, KHANOLKAR SHODHIKA, ACTREC, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai along with application and attested copies of certificates, recent passport size photograph etc.

About ACTREC
The Advanced Centre for Treatment, Research and Education in Cancer (ACTREC) is a new state-of-the-art R&D satellite of the Tata Memorial Centre (TMC). It has the mandate to function as a national centre for treatment, education and research in cancer.
TMC is an autonomous grant-in-aid institution of the Department of Atomic Energy (DAE), Government of India. It is registered under the Societies Registration Act (1860) and the Bombay Public Trust Act (1950). It is governed by a Governing Council chaired by the Chairman, Atomic Energy Commission, Government of India.
