Applications in prescribed form are invited from the citizens of India for filling up 17 (seventeen) posts of Junior Specialist Doctors, under the Department of Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh in the following discipline in the pay of PB-3 Rs. 15,600-39,100/- plus Grade pay of Rs. 6600/- PM plus non-practicing allowances as admissible under rule. Out of 17 (seventeen) posts, 14 (fourteen) posts are reserved for APST candidate of which 1 (one) post is reserved for Orthopaedically Handicapped candidate, wherever it is applicable and 3 (three) posts are for open competition. The vacancy position is subject to variation.
ELIGIBILITY :-
(i) Candidates must hold a recognized Medical Degree.
(ii) Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in the concerned speciality.
(iii) Working experience of 3(three) years for post graduate and 5(five)
years for Diploma holder in a Govt. health institution or Govt. sponsored/recognized health institution is compulsory.
AGE LIMIT :-
Not exceeding 40 years as on 25/03/2011 (relaxable for Govt. servant by 5 years in accordance with instruction issued by State Govt.
METHOD OF SELECTION :-
The selection will be made through Viva-Voce Test/Interview only. However, if the number of applications received in response to the advertisement is large and it is not convenient or possible to interview all candidates, the Commission will restrict the number of candidates to reasonable limit on the basis of qualifications and experience higher than the minimum prescribed in the advertisement.
