The eligible candidate has to apply to the campus of his choice with the application form duly filled up along with the supporting documents (photocopies of Class - X & XII mark sheet, Class-X admit Card and 6 copies of passport size photographs). The form can be procured from campus on all working days between 11 am to 5 pm. Candidates can also download the application Form from www.dsmsindia.org and can send us the filled-in application form along with the required supporting documents. Students appearing for class XII board exam can also apply; in such cases admission will be provisional till he/she clears the board exam.
