Officier Clerk Jobs in KCCB Kangra Central Cooperative Bank 2011 Date Form Eligibility


Kangra Central Cooperative Bank (KCCB) invites application for the following posts:

Positions:

1) Officer (Grade II) 
Total Number of posts: 77

2) Clerk 
Total Number of posts: 202

Online Registration of Application starts on 15 February 2011 and closes on 15th March 2011.

Written Examination : May 8th and 11th, 2011

Eligibility:
Candidates age must be between 18 to 45 years as on 1st January, 2011

The application fees of Rs.300 or Rs.200(SC/ST) for Officers & Rs.250 or Rs.150(SC/ST) can be paid with challan at any branches of UCO bank or Punjab national bank before March 15.After payment, the online application has to be submitted through their site www.kccb.in 

SELECTION PROCEDURE: The selection will be made based on written test and interview. The written test will be of multiple choice objective type. The examination will be on Test of Reasoning, English Language, Numerical Ability/Quantitative Aptitude, General Knowledge/Financial Awareness, Computer & Clerical Aptitude. Out of these tests listed above the composition / number of tests will depend upon the post /grade applied for. For Specialist post, examination will also contain questions related to specific specialisation. Details about the test, Sample Questions, How to mark Answers on OMR Answersheets, Time allotted etc. will be provided in the information Handout. Shorthand/Typing/Data Entry Test will be conducted only for the candidates who qualify in written examination. The candidates will have to appear in the written test and interview at their own expense.

The Kangra Cooperative Bank Ltd. started in a very humble way as a small Thrift/Credit Society in March, 1960 by a few friends of Distt. Kangra of Himachal to help out the people of Himachal residing in Delhi to uplift their economic conditions and tide over the financial hardships. Dedication, sincerity and honesty of these members/associates brought rich fruits and this Thrift/Credit Society grew up into a big society within twelve years after its formation and successful running was converted into a primary urban Cooperative Bank in 1972 by RBI and was permitted to carry out banking activities including acceptance of deposits from public (non-members) by opening their Saving, Current and RD A/c’s.
