PhD in Computer Science and Engineering
Eligibility: Computer Science and Master's degree in Engineering/Technology. Preference will be given to Engineering those with M.Tech/M.S degree in Computer Science & Engineering.
PhD in Electrical Engineering
Eligibility: Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (Electrical and Electronics Engineering)/ Electronics Engineering (Electronics and Communication Engineering) / Instrumentation Engineering or Master's degree in Physics
followed by a Master's degree in Engineering in an area of relevance to the area of research. Candidates not having Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering should qualify in a written test to be eligible for interview.
Admission Procedure
1) If a candidate desires to apply for admission to more than one department, he/ she should use separate application form for each department.
2) He/She should indicate clearly the Department and area of research in the space provided in the application form.
3) Application from candidates who are currently employed must be routed through their employers.
Last date for Registration of application through online: 25.03.2011
Interview and or Test [on or before]: 23.05.2011 to: 27.05.2011
