Minimum qualification: Qualified CA / ICWA
Experience: 12 years post qualification experience in the field of Finance & Accounts in a reputed concern out of which at least 2 years in the scale of ` 14500-350- 18700/- or equivalent.
Age as on 31.12.2010: Max. 44 years

SELECTION PROCESS :
Selection process will consist of Personal Interview. The final list of selected candidates will be posted on our official web-site.
PAY SCALE AND SALARY GRADES::
1) Sr. Manager, GRADE E5 *Rs. 16000-400-20800/-
Besides basic pay, candidates will also be paid Industrial Dearness Allowance. Other Allowances and Benefits such as Housing or HRA, Conveyance reimbursement, LTC, Leave encashment, Gratuity, EPF, Group Insurance, Employees’ Pension, Medical reimbursement, Children Education Allowance and News paper/Magazine Allowance and Special Compensatory Allowance etc will be admissible as per company rules in force from time to time.
