Age limit* : 40-45

Experience requirement :

Should have at least 15 years experience (including 3 years post qualification experience), out of which 10 years at managerial level including 2 years independent charge of a Department in the area of Human Resource.

2) Deputy General Manager (DGM)

Eligibility /Educational Qualifications: 

Graduation from a recognized University with professional degree of MBA/Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (equivalent to MBA) with specialization in HR from any recognized University / AICTE approved Institution.

Age limit* : 35-45 years

Experience requirement :

Should have at least 15 years experience (including 3 years post qualification experience), in a responsible capacity in the area of Human Resource.

CTC : GM-Rs.10.43 lakhs p.a.(approx.) / DGM-Rs.9.22 lakhs p.a.(approx.)

Preference will be given to the candidates having experience of working in Government sector / PSU with good knowledge of Government Rules and Regulations including Reservation Policy.

II. Deputy Manager (A/Cs) in the IDA Pay Scale of Rs.16400-40500/-

Area

1) Accounts

Eligibility /educational qualification:

Degree in Commerce from a recognized University and should have passed the final examination of either Institute of Chartered Accountants or ICWA.

Age limit* : 27-35 years

Experience requirement : Should have 5 years experience in a responsible capacity in Finance & Accounts.

CTC : DM(A/Cs)-Rs.5.19 lakhs p.a.(approx.)

* For I and II, Upper age relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC.

Qualification and Experience: 

Essential Qualification:

(i) Graduate in Commerce from recognized University in India.

(ii) Should have completed Tally Accounting package course.

Essential Experience:

(i) 5 years of experience after graduation in managing the accounts of large organization through tally accounting package including finalization of accounts by drawing Trial Balance, preparing statements of Balance Sheet, Income Expenditure/Profit & Loss Accounts etc. independently.

Desirable:

(i) Should complete Chartered Accountant (Inter) Course.

Job responsibilities: 

To play an active role in work program related to the project & finalization of accounts by drawing Trial Balance, preparing statements of Balance Sheet, Income Expenditure/Profit & Loss Accounts etc. independently.

Total Emoluments (Rs): RS. 25,000/- pm (Consolidated)

Registration will start from 09:30 a.m to 10.30 a.m on 28.03.2011. Candidates reporting after registration time will NOT be allowed to attend interview. Interview will start from 10:00 am onwards.

SAI Syllabus for Written Exam Pattern LDC Accountant Jobs Clerk Scheme

Sports Authority of India, SAI, New Delhi invites application for the following posts:

Positions:

1) Lower Division Clerk (LDC)

2) Junior Accountant

SELECTION PROCESS

Eligible candidates will have to undergo a written test of 100 marks for both the posts (duration of examination is 2 hours).

Syllabus for examination:

a) For LDC : The written examination will be objective type of 100 marks consisting the following topics:-

1. General Knowledge - 25 Marks

2. General English - 25 Marks

3. Numerical Aptitude - 25 Marks

4. Reasoning ability - 25 Marks

b) For Jr. Accountant: The written examination will be in two parts of 40 and 60 marks respectively

consisting the following syllabus:-

Part-I

1. General Knowledge - 10 Marks

2. General English - 10 Marks

3. Numerical Aptitude - 10 Marks

4. Reasoning ability - 10 Marks

Part-II

Accounts (up to B.Com. standard) - 60 Marks

The candidates would be selected out of the merit list prepared only on the basis of marks secured in the written test. The candidates would have to secure a minimum of 40% marks (33% for SC/ST) to be eligible for consideration. However, the written test would be followed by a skill test i.e. typing test for LDC with minimum speed of 35 wpm in English and 30 wpm in Hindi on computer and for Junior Accountant, skill test on MS Excel and Tally Software on computer (qualifying marks 40% out of 100 marks) which will be qualifying in nature. A total number of candidates 5 times the number of vacancies would be asked to appear for the qualifying skill test. A final merit list would be prepared amongst those who qualify in the skill test. Post would be offered to candidates based only on merit list prepared on the basis of marks secured in the written examination.

There will be no interview for the post Jr. Accountant and LDC.

The Written Exam. is likely to be conducted at New Delhi, Bangalore, Chandigarh, Gandhinagar, Bhopal, Lucknow, Kolkata and Guwahati. However, the examination centres other than these places can be decided / changed as per need/administrative reasons.

The Sports Authority of India (SAI) is a body set up by the Government of India. It was created in 1984 to help promote sport throughout the country.
